Cancellations require 24 hours notice.

Currently we are only accepting e-transfers as a method of payment. Payment must be received at least 24 hours prior to appointment. Cancellations with more than 24 hours notice will be fully refunded. Cancellations within 24 hours notice are nonrefundable but will receive credit for a one-time rebooking

Please note: We do not reconfirm appointments with follow-up emails or phone calls! Once booked, you are considered confirmed. Please manage your reminders accordingly.
